Maintenance RHSB Manager
Job responsibilities:
- Maintaining, oversee, train, set up, service of highly complex self-contained PET plastic container machines.
- Install, service, modify complex printing eqpt.
- Programming, installation, repair.
- Review software updates from HQ, performance statistics, identify programming to optimize production.
- Provide customer support.
- Oversee & work with factory crew to fix broken machines.
- Train new staff & update manuals.
- Supervise, consult local staff to identify optimal type of mold required, order the mold with specifications from affiliated companies in Poland or Canada.
- Fine tune machinery as it operates & perform repairs.
- Work with variety of highly complex machines incl: Blow Molding Machine TES-BM41C/TES-BM82C – using robotics & automation – extended system of regulation of technological parameters – max capacity 10,000 cph; Blueline 8 HiTech, Blueline 6 HiTech, Blueline 4 HiTech; Blueline 3 BIG; Blueline 8 HOT FILL, Blueline 6 HOT FILL, Blueline 4 HOT FILL; Sipa SFL EVO 6/6 – max capacity 12,000 bph.
2 years experience as Engineering Technician or Installer of machinery.
